He never rushed us off, and always made sure we had everything we needed including ensuring our room was up to speck when he would catch us in the lobby. This resort is beautiful and you definitely feel your time here is spent rested and treated with that extra golden touch! Comfort & Amenities offered and the restaurants like Locale are great but I have to recognize one outstanding employee that should be highlighted with top honors-Joseph, at the Concierge at the WILLOWS Resort in Viejas!!! Since Day 1 of our First ever visit here, we were greeted with a warm, genuine smile and kind-hearted soul who always made us feel like royalty! He was attentive and patient with all our questions, he provided us with referrals to the restaurants and Always wished us luck at the Casinos.
